History

Thompson Consumer Law Group, PC was founded in 2014 by Attorney Russell Snow Thompson IV. The Firm and its attorneys have represented tens of thousands of consumers across the country, both individually and on behalf of a class. Thompson Consumer Law Group’s attorneys are deeply experienced in the most powerful consumer protection statutes, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Truth in Lending Act, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, state lemon laws and consumer fraud acts, and more. We have attorneys admitted in United States District Courts across the country and work with a network of dedicated consumer attorneys throughout the nation.

Our Mission

Thompson Consumer Law Group advocates For Consumers, plain and simple. We fight for the little guy’s consumer rights, no matter where they are, and no matter how big the opponent. We continuously take on the world’s biggest companies and we continually beat them, including vehicle manufacturers, credit bureaus, banks, fortune five hundred corporations, other publicly traded entities, and more. No business is too big for us, and no consumer right too small. After all, we’re not just attorneys, we are consumers too, and we are dedicated to a world where we are all treated fairly and honestly by the companies we do business with. Consistent with our mission to provide everyday people with access to the justice system, most of our services are at no cost the consumer.
